John graduated from the London Veterinary School in the late 1960s. He has dedicated his entire professional life to equine reproduction. Alongside his clinical work, he has published extensively in international journals and books, as well as lectured and presented at conferences around the world.

Graduated from National University in Colombia in 1982, then worked in private large animal dairy and equine practice. In 1985 enrolled in the University of Minnesota where in 1990 he earned a PhD degree focused on reproductive physiology and clinical reproduction.

Veterinarian graduated from FMVZ/UNESP – Botucatu, with a Master’s degree in Animal Reproduction from the same institution. He has published several articles in high-impact scientific journals and book chapters in the field of equine reproduction. His main areas of work include follicular aspiration, in vitro embryo production, stallion physiopathology, and equine semen biotechnology. He is co-founder of the Genetech group, which has ICSI laboratories in Brazil, the United States, Germany, and England.

Reproductive veterinarian originally from Poland with extensive international experience across both hemispheres. She has worked in leading stud farms as well as in embryo transfer and ovum pick-up (OPU) centers worldwide. From 2022 to 2025, she simultaneously completed a Theriogenology Residency at UC Davis in California and an Equine Theriogenology Residency with the European College of Animal Reproduction. Dr. Omyla’s professional interests focus on late pregnancy evaluation, endocrinology, and infertility issues in mares and stallions.

Roberto Sánchez is an international specialist in equine assisted reproduction with more than twenty-five years of experience in Europe and the Americas. He is best known for his pioneering work in ovum pick up (OPU) and other related technologies like ICSI. Since 2003 he has been involved in the embryo transfer (ET) with chilled and frozen semen with excellent results.

Carolina is a biologist, with a master’s degree in molecular biology from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Carolina has been working for 25 years as an embryologist, producing bovine and equine embryos in vitro for research projects or as a commercial service to breeders. Her main focus is the study and implementation of preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) of bovine and equine embryos obtained in vivo or produced in vitro.

Duccio Panzani graduated in Veterinary Medicine in 2001 from the University of Pisa, earned a PhD in 2005. His research focuses on equine and donkey reproduction, including international experience at Colorado State University. He provides clinical services in reproduction, supports obstetric care for animals in the San Rossore and Massaciuccoli park.

Mohamed K. Derbala Assistant professor at Animal Reproduction Research Institute- Egypt, Head of Diagnostic Imaging and Endoscopy Unit. Owner and Director of Derbala Equine Clinic. Dr. Derbala obtained PhD in Equine endometritis in 2013.

Equine Specialist, one of two surgeons on the team performing colic surgeries at the Equine Hospital in Służewiec. His clinical work, aside from surgery, focuses mainly on equine reproduction – including gynecology, obstetrics, artificial insemination, embryo transfer (ET), and oocyte transfer (CC). For many years, he lectured at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), in the Department of Large Animal Diseases with the Equine Clinic.

Katrien Smits graduated as Master in Veterinary Medicine at Ghent University in 2006. She did her PhD on intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) in the horse, resulting in the first Belgian ICSI-foal. Since 2022, she works as professor at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Ghent University,
